Technological properties                                                

CHIMIPOL OPB/S5 is like an ox foot oil carefully sulfonated with strong emulsifying power, specially employed for the fattening of calves, veal and precious articles to which it gives a remarkable softness that persists even after long storage. CHIMIPOL OPB/S5 is solid in light and therefore very suitable for producing white and / or tones pastel.

CHIMIPOL OPB/S5 emulsifies easily in water taking a milky appearance, and the preparation is stable and very fine. Thanks to the particular sulphonation process, in CHIMIPOL OPB/S5 are completely absent both emulsifiers and mineral oils.

Storage                                                              

Keep the product under normal ambient conditions (between 5°Cand 35°C).
